So, we ate what we thought were the "bad fatty foods" for a short time then went on a crash diet that prohibited all food with an honest taste. We lost a couple of pounds and felt proud. But like its name, this diet quickly "crashed and burned" and that we went back to eating fatty foods again. Which, seems to be an honest thing if the quantity of fatty food is controlled.
